A few Demo Versions of Latest Releases

It takes a lot of musical work to get from song concept to final mastered recording. The usual process is that I send my co-writer, Chris, a bunch of songs, he picks and chooses his favourite ones to record, we record demos for the band together, the band practices to these demos, the band rehearses to the demos, we record the music live, our musical producer works to perfect the live recording digitally, then lastly, the songs get mixed and mastered and made ready for release!

I came across a few demos that I had recorded with my co-writer and pianist, Chris, back in the day. You’re welcome to take a listen to these recordings! The demos I am sharing are for the songs Been a While, Out of the Blue, and Beautiful Life, three of my personal favourite songs from the album. Chris added certain musical effects to these demos, and recorded all musical background compositions from his home studio’s keyboard. We recorded these demos in the basement of Chris’ home. I hope you’ll enjoy having a listen.
